Return Policy

We believe in satisfying and delighting our customers. We are always looking forward to giving you the best products at the best of prices and with the best of hopes that we continue our relations till time abides with your love for things Indian! However, if due to some unforeseen situation you require the return of the product, then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return.

At Sutapi we want you to love what you wear. If you are not pleased with your purchase, we will process an exchange, refund, or wallet credit subject to the following terms.

What if I would like to initiate return request?

  1. We understand that in some cases that you would like to initiate return request for the product which you have received or you feel that the product is different from what was shown. There might be several reasons for that.
  2. However,we do have a Flat 7 DaysEasyReturn policy in such cases. It is applicable in case of non-clearance sale items.
  3. To initiate return request, Please mail us at helpdesk@sutapi.com with your order number and couple of pictures of the material and pre-opening video within 24 hours of delivery.
  4. We have two easy methods of exchange / return

    A. Sutapi Wallet Amount

    We will give you a credit of same amount of your orderin your Sutapi wallet or coupon.You can use it to purchase any product from our website when you want. Wallet or coupon has no expire limit you can use it whenever you want.

    B. Easy Exchange

    We can exchange product with same or deference amount product. Deference amount will pay by customer. And If customer choose less amount product, we can settle remaining amount from our side as well.

  5. In some cases, If the product doesn't fit in size, you can exchange it for the other size as a replacement.
  6. We are not offering any type of reverse pickup service from our side in case you have to courier parcel at our warehouse address. Customer have to bear the shipping cost while returning the products in any case. Sutapi.com will not be responsible for return the money which you have paid for shipping to send the parcel back.
  7. Customer have to agree to our return policy before purchase of any products from our online store.
  8. Refunds would not be accepted for custom made/stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sareesor sarees stitched with custom blouse.
  9. Sale, Offers, Clearance Sale, Buy1 Get1 offer’s products as defined are final and will not be exchanged or returnable.
  10. At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
  11. We will not refund the custom duties, shipping cost, taxes, if applicable for international orders.
  12. For international Orders, we will issue wallet amount or coupon of 70% order amount of un-stitched product price. ( 30% will be Order Processing & Payment Gateway & other recurring Charges.)

When can I cancel my placed order?

  1. We will be able to accept cancellation requests any time before shipping the order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once it's processed from our warehouse.
  2. A canceled order will result in an automatic refund after cancellation charge to your same account if the order was prepaid within standard processing time.

What is the solution if in case I get a damaged or wrong product?

If you have received damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us at helpdesk@sutapi.com with your order number and couple of pictures of the material and pre-opening video within 24 hours of delivery.

  1. We ensurethat each product is quality checked, verified and then shipped to the customer but we understand that manual errors can happen and hence we offer to exchange the product or ship a new piece.
  2. We will try to replace the product as soon as possible or refund the amount in the wallet if you need.
  3. To eligible for refund amount in wallet customer must be have pre-opening video.
  4. In case you received wrong or damage product you must need to send pre-opening video (unboxing video) within 24 hours for the easy process.
  5. Sale, Offers, Clearance Sale, Buy1 Get1 offer’s products as defined are final and will not be exchanged or returnable.
  6.   7. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped, If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund or replace would not be provided.
  8. For international order, we do not cancel the placed order after 24hrs. If you want to cancel the order after 24hrs you will have to pay 30% bank or PayPal payment processing charges from your total order amount. We do not provide any cancellation if order is in processing and products are received. We don't provide any refunds for the same. Cancellation amount will be credited inSutapi wallet or coupon.

Important Points:

  1. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  2. Sarees with fall and edging would not be accepted for return or exchange.
  3. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  4. Products bought during sale are non-refundable.
  5. We will offer only 1 time replacement/return.
  6. Disclaimer: model images are only representative. Slight variation in color, fabric & work is possible due to lightings & flash while photo shoot.
  7. Note: Decoration material like purse, jewelry, and any other accessory showing in the image are not included with the product always check description before purchase.
  8. Any dispute arises between the parties, only Surat court have jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
  9. Any items purchased during a BOGO sale (buy 1 get 1 free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns.
  10. Please note that we are not accepting any returns for stitched clothing, including Stitched Salwar Suits, Stitched Sarees & Stitched Sarees with custom blouse. We only accept returns for unstitched products.
